CHAPTER 7 BANKRUPTCY - $699 Special  -  Limited time attorney fee special for those who qualify

CHAPTER 13 BANKRUTPCY - **No Money Down Chapter 13 Cases for Qualified Wage Earners**

Until December 17, 2014, it's possible to have an experienced ethical attorney whose firm features customer service give you a fresh start with a Chapter 7 bankruptcy for only $699, not including filing fee.

Of course, not everyone will qualify, but if it's a case within the following guidelines -- and we accept the case -- then it's a deal. (None of this is meant to create a contract or offer, express or implied, until both parties sign a Representation Agreement).

If you qualify, this is a flat, fixed attorney fee with no hidden surprises. It includes the initial consultation (free consultation anyway), a follow up consultation with the attorney to review your documents and answer new questions or explain previous answers, sitting with the attorney to sign your papers, and the attorney representing you at your first hearing when you testify under oath, and there is no fee for your ordinary phone calls, or if you send your harassing creditor calls to us. And we're good with email.

Ok, so what are the disclaimers and conditions? To qualify for the $699 attorney fee for a Chapter 7 bankruptcy pricing (not counting the required filing fee), the qualified applicant must (READ FINE PRINT):

  • Earn less than the median income for their household size, as determined by the United States Trustee. (Click here for most recent numbers).
  • Not operate a business or receive any income other than a regular paycheck, pension or government aid.
  • Currently reside in Marion County, Howard County, Cass County, Miami County, Clinton County, Tipton County, Boone County, Hendricks, Montgomery, Morgan, Monroe, Johnson County, Bartholomew County, Hancock, County, Shelby County and Madison County
  • Be current on all mortgages and car loan financing for items they intend to keep.
  • Have fewer than 30 total creditors, including collection agencies.
  • Not have a rush job because of an urgent issue such as an imminent wage garnishment, foreclosure sale, etc.
  • Provide at time of payment all requested documents (we'll give you a list at the consultation if you express interest)
  • Understand that this low, low rate does not include any litigation, work with liens, or other extraordinary services.
  • The entire $599 plus filing fee must be received by us all at once by March 31, 2014.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
  • At the initial consultation, you have to refer to the special and where you heard of it
  • Oh, and you have to treat my staff really well.

Now, IF these don't all apply to you, don't despair. More work will result in more time and a higher fee. We do offer a flexible payment plans, but not for the special pricing on this page. Once I know what I'm getting myself into with your specific, unique circumstances, I'll provide you a quote valid for 90 days.  The practice is not a high volume bankruptcy mill, and pride ourselves on caring compassion and individualized attention. So this low price is something I don't normally do, because our office will not treat you like a number. However, for a limited time, I think we'll all win.

Don't wait! Call us now at (800) 966-8447 or send us a quick email right now.
